Do we serve Alcohol?

While our focus is on providing refreshing and innovative drink options, clients have the flexibility to arrange for a separate bar service if they wish to incorporate alcoholic beverages into their event. This allows guests the freedom to customize their drinks according to their preferences, ensuring a fully tailored and enjoyable experience for all attendees

How far in advance should clients book your services?

Typically, we recommend "I Do" clients book our services as early as possible to secure their preferred date and ensure ample time for planning and preparation.

For all other bookings including our "Pop Up" services, we require at least 7 days notice.

We understand last-minute planning can happen and we would be more than happy to work with any timeline.

Clients interested in booking our services on short notice can contact us directly to inquire about availability.

What is the duration of service provided from Avec Moi, and can it be extended if needed?

3 hours are included in our granita bar service package. If additional hours are needed beyond the initial 3-hour duration, clients have the option to extend the service for an additional fee.

The duration of our luxe rentals are 24 hours.

Pop Up's can range from 1 hour to 8 hours depending on type.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests required to book your services?

There is no minimum or maximum number of guests required to book our services—we're delighted to bring our expertise and offerings to events of any size.

You can book Avec Moi anytime! We do require at least 2 weeks' notice for your event to ensure availability of our luxury event rentals and signature Granita Bar.
