Our non-alcoholic approach ensures every guest feels included, while still allowing for seamless pairing with your venue’s bar service for those who wish to personalize their drink.

With a variety of flavours, fresh garnishes, and a refined presentation, it’s a detail that feels both effortless and unforgettable.

We understand that every charity and non-profit is unique, which is why we offer custom pricing options. Whether it's donating a portion of our sales or providing special rates, Avec Moi is committed to supporting your cause and would be honored to be a part of your event

return + refund policy

Granita Bar-

A non-refundable fee of $250 applies to the granita bar.
 

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable fee.

Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days prior will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the total.

Last-Minute Bookings-

Any last-minute bookings made within 60 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund, and clients will be charged the full booking amount.

Guest Count Policy-

We understand that guest counts can fluctuate during the planning process, and we’re happy to accommodate those changes up until a certain point. However, no adjustments to guest count or invoice totals can be made within 30 days of your event date.
 
We kindly encourage you to review your final numbers with us ahead of this 30-day mark to ensure everything is accurate and tailored to your day.
